Learner - Using a Redemption Code

Summary 

This job aid captures the steps needed for a learner to use a redemption code.

Steps 

Email notification: You receive an email with the subject “A redemption order had been placed on LivingWorks Learn. 

Click LivingWorks Learn Signup to create an account.

Enter your information on the Signup form. Then click Sign Up.

IMPORTANT: leave “Organization Code” empty.

You will receive this message after completing “Sign Up”.

Check the mailbox to view the email from LivingWorks.

Now you logged in to LivingWorks Learn. 

Open your first email again and copy the redemption code. 

Then click on click here. 

Paste the redemption code in the box. Then click “Continue”.

Click “Launch” to start your training.
