Learner - Access and Print Certificate

Summary

This job aid captures the steps needed for a learner to access and print their LivingWorks Start or Faith certificate.

Steps  

First log into your LivingWorks account here:  learn.livingworks.net 

Enter your email address and password to sign in.

Click on the “Me” tab then select “Completed Learning” from the list on the left-hand side of the  page.

Click on "Actions” then select “Export Certificate” from the list. 

This will download your certificate to your device.

*Your certificate will save to your device as a pdf file. To view it you will need an application like Adobe or another pdf reader on your device. *
