Learner - (eLearning) "Start" Sign Up & Coupon Code V3

 Summary

This job aid captures the steps needed for a learner to sign up and use the Coupon Code as instructed by their organization.

Steps  

The learner receives an email (sample communication) from their organization.

Click “Signup Here”.

Fill out the required fields and click “Sign Up”.

Choose the course, for example, LivingWorks Start Course.

You will be presented with the Start class options.

Click on the down arrow next to the "Buy Now" button and select "Apply Coupon Code".

A side window will appear to enter in the coupon code to bypass the checkout screen.

Enter the specific coupon code provided to you by a person within your organization into the Coupon code area and click on "Apply" and then "Complete Order".

Once you have clicked on Complete Order, you see an Order Successful screen. Click the "X" in the top right corner or anywhere outside of the window to exit.

Launch the course.

ALTERNATIVE WAY:

There are also other options for applying the Coupon Code. You can click “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart” to apply the Coupon Code at the Cart.  Click “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart”:

Enter either your own or your organization’s address. Use the arrow to select your country and State. 

Choose “Same as Billing”. 

IMPORTANT: Click “UPDATE”.

Enter the Coupon Code (provided in your organization email) and click “Apply”. The Order Total is $0.00. Now Complete Order.

View the “Thank you” message.

Click the “ME” tab and choose “Plan” to access your course.

Launch the course.
