Learner - (eLearning) Enabling Accessibility Mode

   Summary


This job aid captures the steps needed for a learner to enable accessibility mode in Learn. If you are a returning learner, skip to steps for Existing Learner. 

    

Steps for New Learner

 

The learner navigates to https://lms-signup.livingworks.net/ and signs up to LivingWorks Learn.

 


Now that you are signed up and logged in to LivingWorks Learn, click on the profile graphic in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

In the drop-down menu, choose “Account Preferences”. 

Within the Account Preferences Screen, navigate to the Accessibility Mode setting and click on the drop-down menu to select Yes to turn on Accessibility Mode. 

Once you have selected Yes, click on SAVE to enable Accessibility Mode. Accessibility mode will now be applied to the user interface.


Steps for Existing Learner

The learner navigates to https://learn.livingworks.net/ and enters their username and password.

Before clicking on the Sign In button, click on the Accessibility Mode checkbox.

 


With the Accessibility Mode checkbox checked and your username and password entered, click the Sign In button to activate accessibility mode for the user interface upon login.

Choosing Accessibility Mode on the sign-in page updates the Learners Account preferences within their profile.
