This job aid captures the steps needed for a learner to purchase a course (e-Leaning or face-to-face).
Steps
IMPORTANT: The learner has already signed up and created an account.
Select “Our Training”.
Select the desired course. For example, LivingWorks Start Course.
Select “Add to Cart”.
Click “Checkout”.
Enter either your own or your organization’s address. Use the arrow to select your country and State.
Choose “Same As Billing”.
IMPORTANT: Click “UPDATE”.
Select credit card as the method of payment. Then click “Complete Order”.
Enter credit card information. Then click “Pay”.
View the confirmation message. Close the confirmation message.
Click on “ME” tab.
Choose “Plan” to access your course.
Launch the course.
