How To Change The Password To Your LivingWorks Connect Trainer Portal Account

Please note that these instructions apply when you need to change the password to your LivingWorks Connect Trainer Port account. 


Login to the LivingWorks Connect Trainer Portal following these steps: 

  • Enter your email address – use the email address LivingWorks would have on-file for you or that you use as a Trainer.
  • Click “Next” 

  • Click “Forgot Password” 
  • A one-time code will be sent to the email address you provided.  
  • Check your inbox for the email with the that code.  

        - If the code doesn’t appear in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder just in case.  

  • The email will look similar to the screenshot below.  
  •  
  • Enter the code that was sent.
  • Follow the prompts to set your new password according to the requirements.
