This job aid captures the steps needed for an organization manager to run and interpret survey results reports.
Note: If you do not see the “Admin” tab and you are assigned as an organization manager, email support@livingworks.net
Steps
- Click on the following link. Then enter your email address and password to log in.
2. Navigate to Admin > Analytics: view the list of reports. Choose "Start Survey Results" to get an overview of
the results.
You will see an overview of both pre- and post-course survey results.
Choose a survey report. For example, Pre-Course Survey Report. Each report consists of two parts: a graph & a table.
By pointing your mouse at each colored bar, you’ll view the number of learners who agree or disagree with the assessment question text.
Click on the plus icon to view the results.
