Summary
This job aid provides an organization manager with the steps to view and run course status reports.
Note: If you do not see the “Admin” tab and you are assigned as an organization manager, email support@livingworks.net
Steps
- Click on the following link. Then enter your email address and password to log in.
2. Navigate to Admin > Analytics: view the list of reports.
Choose “LW - 1 – Organization Manager Dashboard”.
The graphical report shows a high level of learners’ activity in the system.
To view a more detailed report of the learners’ statuses, choose LW – Organization Manager Report – Order/Promotion Code Completion Status.
By choosing the group, you could view the learners’ activities. Click the plus to view the group information.
Click the plus to view the learners under certain promotions/coupon codes.
View the learners’ course status report as follows.
