Summary
This job aid provides an organization manager with the steps to schedule a report and receive the report automatically in their inbox.
Note: If you do not see the “Admin” tab and you are assigned as an organization manager, email support@livingworks.net
Steps
- Click on the following link. Then enter your email address and password to log in.
2. Navigate to Admin > Analytics: view the list of reports.
Choose the report you’d like to schedule and click “Schedule”.
IMPORTANT: For privacy considerations, reports containing personal identifiable information should not be emailed using the scheduling feature.
lick “ADD NEW SCHEDULE”.
IMPORTANT: The fields with asterisks are mandatory.
Name: Type the name of this report. For example Order/Promotion Code Completion Status.
The fields required for Monthly reports are marked by an asterisk. Choose your preferences and click “Schedule”.
