Summary
This job aid provides an organization manager with the steps to run and interpret the Order/Promotion Code Completion Status report.
Note: If you do not see the “Admin” tab and you are assigned as an organization manager, email
support@livingworks.net
Steps
- Click on the following link. Then enter your email address and password to log in.
2. Navigate to Admin > Analytics: view the list of reports. Then select LW - 3 – Organization Manager Report
Order/Promotion Code Completion Status.
View the report.
View the summary in the following chart.
To see the detailed data for the summary calculation, click the plus sign.
Click the plus sign to view the learners who used the promotion code. The data will group by promotion code if more than one has been used.
IMPORTANT: As the organization manager, you have permission to view the learner’s names and email addresses.
