Summary

This job aid provides steps for an organization manager to invite learners to take the LivingWorks courses.

Steps:

1. The organization manager receives a signup email template (see next page) from a LivingWorks representative. This email template contains instructions for learners to signup and assigns them to your organization and provides them with a coupon code to get a 100% discount on the LivingWorks Start training.
2. Copy or forward the email template to your learners. Add the learners’ email addresses in the “TO” field.
